Areas of interest:

ImmunoSigns is a licensing and IPR holding company founded in 1996 as CHB-Consult. It is a research-based biotech company, whose objective is to develop and market novel antibodies, immunoassays and antibody-antigen based micro technologies with special focus on diabetes, allergy and obesity. ImmunoSigns’s mission is to deliver monoclonal and polyclonal antibody reagents for improved diagnostics and potential future treatments to patients with diabetes, allergy and obesity through in-depth knowledge in molecular mechanisms of autoimmune and metabolic diseases and the realities of clinical practice. New approaches for in-vivo noninvasive biomedical imaging of residual beta-cells mass in diabetes are being developed by ImmunoSigns and partners utilising a unique and extraordinary specific monoclonal autoantibody IC2 towards pancreatic beta-cells. The molecular specificity of this monoclonal autoantibody might elucidate a precise and in-depth understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of diabetes and the aetiology of the disease. IC2™ will be ImmunoSigns’s first diabetes product on the market. The company has several promising related compounds under development and search venture capital for exploitation.

ImmunoSigns was formed in 1996 and has for 8 years licensed an allergy related ELISA method for quantification of bovine beta-lactoglobulin (BLG). In 2006, ImmunoSigns has initiated developments of an obesity related ELISA method for human obestatin. ImmunoSigns has presently operations in Copenhagen, Denmark, Boston, USA, Prague, Czech Republic, and Paris, France. As of September 2004 ImmunoSigns and its collaborators have expertise covering all aspect of immunotechnology and protein chemistry including assay development, screening, biology, medicinal chemistry, medical imaging, plus marketing and sales.
ImmunoSigns aims to generate both licensing activities and product sales. We consult in Lab-on-a-chip technologies, real-time imaging, and creation of specific antibodies and development of immunoassays.
